Who We Are
The Health R.E.P. team seeks out partners who are primed for humble self-reflection, as well as bidirectional learning and stretching. As evaluators we bring our process expertise, but more importantly we bring our curiosity and enthusiasm for learning from and with others.

Megan Olshavsky

Megan’s evaluation career began in public education, leading developmental and participatory evaluations of learning and technology initiatives in the K-12 space. From there, she moved to nonprofit and public health work, leading organizations to develop logic models and theories of change, conducting community needs assessments, and facilitating strategic planning. Megan’s evaluation approach is holistic and intentionally multi-purpose. While the primary purpose of any evaluation must be to serve the self-identified needs of the participants, she recognizes that grant funded organizations must also be able to articulate their impact in the quantitative-forward outcomes language of contemporary philanthropy. She has excelled in helping organizations thread the needle of outcomes measurement that feels both true to purpose and externally compelling. Megan holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience, with over a decade’s experience in research design, quantitative methods, statistics, and survey development.
